The Rok Cup International Final 2016 is taking place on the South Garda Karting track in Lonato (Italy) from 19th to 22nd of October. The Finals will be run on Saturday and the race is included into the International calendar for SENIOR ROK (ROK GP engine), SUPER ROK (ROK DVS engine), JUNIOR ROK and SHIFTER ROK categories.
While the MINI ROK category is entered as “national race open to foreign drivers”.
TIME TABLE
Wednesday 19th October: sporting/technical checks and non-official free practices
Thursday 20th October: official free practices, qualifying practices, qualifying heats
Friday 21st October: qualifying heats
Saturday 22nd October: Finals and Rok Party with prize giving
Race (QUALIFIED DRIVERS): October 17th to October 22nd
Test + Race: October 14th to October 22nd (EXTRA CHARGE)

KART RENTAL:
The driver (or entrant in case the driver is underage) undertakes / is required to pay a deposit, amounting to half of the amount of the rental when picking up the material at the track.
This security deposit must be paid by credit card only (Visa and MasterCard, it is not possible to pay by prepaid credit cards or American Express). After the event, at the end of all material inspections, such amount will be returned in full or reduced by any unpaid damages.

If you are a QUALIFIED DRIVER (USA CHAMPIONSHIP) and your hotel is included please select one the hotels recommended here . At the moment of check in the driver will receive a HOTEL VOUCHER that can be redeemed at any of this hotels (3 nights for driver only). In order for this voucher to be valid all reservations must be made by phone or e-mail (no via websites as Expedia, Orbitz, etc)
TIRES:
Parc fermé for all categories for both tires slick and rain, with purchasing obligation
Race tires are not included. All race tires must be bought at the track for Parc Ferme
QUALIFIED DRIVERS (USA CHAMPIOSHIP): Will receive 1 set of Practice tires
SENIOR ROK, JUNIOR ROK, SUPER ROK, SHIFTER ROK CATEGORIESBRIDGESTONE ROK YLR 4 front + 4 rear (in total 2 sets) TOTAL 350,00 Euro (+ 3% credit card fees) MINI ROK CATEGORY BRIDGESTONE YJL 3 front + 3 rear TOTAL 190,00 Euro (+ 3% credit card fees) The amount paid for purchasing the tyres voucher will not be refundable for any reasons, even if the driver cannot take part in the race (except if the Promoter is rejecting a registration and/or entry).
RAIN TIRES: Vouchers for RAIN TYRES will be sold at the track only if the race Director is declaring “wet track”. Delivery and mounting of tyres will be done in the parc fermé. The tyres left in parc fermé will have to be used from qualifying to Final, except for warm-up sessions.
ENGINES
The Rok Cup International Final is a race entered in the International calendar but it is not an International Series, so the engines used will have to be in compliance with the ACI-CSAI technical fiches you can find on our website www.vortex-rok.com at the following links:

This year each driver will be allowed to use:

This material must be marked during the technical checks.

Categories Junior Rok, Rok, Super Rok e Shifter Rok: INTERNATIONAL RACE.
ALL DRIVERS MUST HAVE THE KARTING INTERNATIONAL LICENCE (art. 2.3.5 of the FIA International Sporting Code)
ALL DRIVERS MUST HAVE THE PERMISSION/AUTHORIZATION of their Federation except for drivers coming from the following Countries:
Andorra (AND); Austria (AUT); Belgium (BEL); Switzerland (CHE); Czech Republic (CZE); Germany (DEU); Denmark (DNK); Spain (ESP); Estonia (EST); Finland (FIN); France (FRA); Great Britain (GBR); Hungary (HUN); Ireland (IRL); Italy (ITA); Luxembourg (LUX); Monaco (MCO); Malta (MLT); Netherlands (NLD); Norway (NOR); New Zealand (NZL); Poland (POL); Russia (RUS*); Saudi Arabia (SAU); San Marino (SMR); Slovakia (SVK); Sweden (SWE) and Turkey (TUR).

Mini Rok Category: NATIONAL RACE open to foreign drivers (ENPEA).
In the Mini Rok the following license are allowed:
- Italian license
- National license issued by a foreign ASN + foreign ASN Start permission
- C Junior International license*+foreign ASN Start permission when requested
*issued at 13 years-old or at 12 years old if the driver will turn 13 within the 31/12/2016

It is mandatory to use homologated helmets.

FRONT FAIRING KIT
All chassis, in all five categories, shall be equipped with the mounting kit of the front bumper complying with the art. International CIK-FIA Rules, Bulletin N° 40 – 04/05-2015
FRONT BRAKES
In the Senior Rok and Super Rok categories the use of front brakes manually operated with current CIK FIA homologation is allowed.
